Excerpt from full article by Nathan Ahle, The Daily Independent

The Cerro Coso College Boosters and Friends will present a reverse drawing Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. at Tommy T's in Ridgecrest.

Tickets cost $200 each, with a total of 200 tickets sold for the event. Each ticket receives two admissions for a fun-filled evening of entertainment and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Additional non-contestant tickets are available for $8 each.

The first ticket drawn will be worth $1,000. The 15th, 25th, 65th, 75th, 115th, 125th, 165th, and 175th tickets drawn are worth $100 each. The 50th and 150th tickets are worth $500, and the 100th ticket is worth $3,000.

The 199th ticket of the evening is worth $200, and the last ticket drawn at the event will be worth $9,000, for a total of $19,000 in prize money.

Proceeds for the event will help Cerro Coso College restore and continue to operate the athletic program.
