By Tim Allen, Staff Reporter, The Daily Independent
The weekend schedule for the Cerro Coso Coyotes has some good news and
some bad news.
The bad news is that forecasts for significant rainfall over the weekend
in the coastal community of San Luis Obispo have forced the cancellation
of the Cuesta Pepsi Classic.

The good news? Well it's not only good for the Coyotes, but even more so
for their fans.

three-game round robin at home starting today when his Cerro Coso (3-2)
squad takes on the College of the Canyons Cougars (2-2) at the Dawg Yard
in a doubleheader starting at noon.
Saturday's games will see the Cougars play Long Beach City (1-6) at 10
a.m., with the Coyotes and the Vikings playing in the finale at 2 p.m.
Adams has already set his pitching rotation for the weekend's adjusted
schedule.
Brett Cobbley (0-1) will pitching the opener against Canyons.
Game two will see Jamie Cameron get a limited start as he comes of the
disabled list.
After he pitches a few innings, Colby Ingram (1-0) taking to the mound
after that.
In Saturday's game against the defending state champion LBCC Vikings,
Adams will send Jessie Zuber (0-1) to the mound.
