Former Burroughs coach joins Coyotes

“We are fortunate to have an experienced coach like Kurt join our program.”

Cerro Coso College women’s basketball coach Tom Heck announced that former Burroughs High School girls basketball coach Kurt Menard will be joining the program as an assistant coach.

Menard spent 10 years as Burroughs’ head coach winning several league title and left in 2004. He is still a math teacher at Burroughs.

“We are fortunate to have an experienced coach like Kurt join our program,” Heck wrote in a press release. “Coach Menard has great love and dedication for the game, and will really be a great help to the program.”
