Assistant Coach
Shane Smith joins the Coyote Coaching staff for the
2006-07 season. Smith is a graduate of Cerro Coso, and was a student
assistant for the Women’s Basketball program back in the 1999-00 season.
Shane continued his education at CalState Bakersfield and earned a
Sociology degree.
Shane played two years of tennis while attending Victor
Valley College. Shane is currently subbing in the Sierra Sands district
and is earning a graduate degree at Azusa-Pacific University. Shane is
an avid enthusiast of sports, wellness, and exercise, and enjoys
mountain climbing, biking, tennis, basketball, and racquetball.
